Alyssa Davis was born and raised in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, where she attended Whitehall Coplay High School. Following high school graduation, she attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she was introduced to and obtained a bachelor of science degree in athletic training. After Pitt, she attended Temple University and received her first master of science degree. During her time at Temple, she worked as the head athletic trainer for campus recreation sport clubs. Following graduation from Temple, she decided that, although she enjoyed athletic training, she wanted to further her education even more. She was accepted into the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Physician Assistant Class of 2017, where her passion for orthopedics grew. Upon graduation from PCOM, she was awarded the Sara Somers Rupert Humanitarian Award for her work and willingness to assist classmates in need.
Outside of her career, Alyssa enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle through experimenting with cooking and baking as well as engaging in a variety of physical activities. Alyssa started her career with Reconstructive Orthopedics in 2017.
