Jen Metzger, P.A.-C., was born and raised in Pine Hill, New Jersey. She attended Overbrook High School, where she competed in varsity softball and field hockey. Jen then went to Seton Hall University, where she continued her softball career and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. After graduation, she became a certified nursing assistant and worked in a subacute and long-term care facility. With her desire to help more people, she went on to earn a Master of Science degree in physician assistant studies from Thomas Jefferson University.
Jen’s lifelong passion for sports, as well as her individual experiences with her own injuries, has led her to a career in orthopedics.
In her free time, she enjoys playing softball with friends, going to the beach, baking, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers.
