I told him to insert the needle on the right side of the knee because the previous vaccinations were excruciating on the left side. He repeated numerous times that the dose would be more effective if inserted in the left side. I agreed to his demand, and it was the most painful needle injection I received. I will no longer ask for gel injections. However, the associate did provide me with an ice bag to ease the pain. I thanked him for his kindness.”
