Jason P. Mora, D.O.

Dr. Jason Mora is an orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in adult hip and knee reconstruction and joint preservation. He grew up in Emerson, New Jersey, and received his bachelor’s degree from Rowan University, graduating summa cum laude. At Rowan University, he received the prominent Robert N. Renlund Preprofessional Award, which is given to the university’s top student for excellence in premedical studies. Dr. Mora remained at Rowan University for his medical school training, attending Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine.

After medical school, Dr. Mora completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Inspira Health, a Rowan University affiliated hospital. In 2019, he served as chief orthopedic resident and received the Program Director’s Award, which is given to the top orthopedic resident for their clinical excellence and exceptional operative skills.

Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Mora completed a fellowship in adult hip and knee reconstruction and joint preservation in New York City at the prestigious Lenox Hill Hospital. There he received training from some of the nation’s top surgeons in the field of hip and knee replacement. Additionally, during his fellowship, he authored several peer-reviewed journal articles.

Dr. Mora specializes in robotic-assisted total knee replacement, anterior total hip replacement, robotic-assisted partial knee replacement, complex revision hip replacement, and complex revision knee replacement as well as general orthopedic trauma.

Aside from his professional life, Dr. Mora enjoys playing golf and taking frequent trips with his family to Long Beach Island. He is dedicated to providing exceptional care to his patients through a personalized treatment plan based on their individual goals.
