Off pain meds totally in 3 weeks including during physical therapy which is especially difficult and painful after a total knee replacement. This not my only positive experience with this practice. I also tore both Achilles tendons. And had an awful go round with SI joint inflammation that required injecting into the joint with lidocaine and steroids.
