I also found the patient portal to be excellent and easy to use. The emailed visit summary was very helpful, since I was in so much pain that I could not remember the instructions I was given, so I was able to use it as a guide to make sure I followed the doctor's instructions correctly. The staff were very pleasant, answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. The doctor was pleasant and spent time with me answering my questions and helped me understand how to manage my pain while I was healing.
